Police Jury votes to keep millage rates same

In a special voting meeting held Monday May 18, the Cameron Parish Police Jury adopted millages for 2015 ad valorem (property) taxes. Despite a request from the Parish Library to raise their millage for one year, jurors voted to keep all fire districts and parishwide funds under their control at the same levels as last year.
